Zebrahead, the punk explosion from Southern California, not only looks back on a long career, but is back on tour with new material and still very keen. Finally! Because the desire is absolutely mutual: “As long as people come to the concerts and listen, we will continue to tour the world and release music,” says bassist Ben Osmundson. It wasn't until November 2024 that they released their new EP entitled “I” as the successor to the EPs “III” and “II” released in 2023. With Osmundson, Zebrahead is completed with singer/rapper Ali Tabatabaee, singer/guitarist Adrian Estrella, drummer Ed Udhus and guitarist Dan Palmer. They haven't known each other since yesterday: they signed with Columbia Records early in their careers, when they were just out of high school. Since their inception, they've been through a lot together, selling more than two million albums to date, surviving label changes, receiving a Grammy nomination for a collaboration with Motörhead and touring non-stop around the globe. The fact that they remained true to themselves becomes clear when asked about the new music. Tabatabaee: “Prepare for a sonic explosion of adrenaline-pumping anthems and relentlessly catchy hooks that will have you moshing in the pit and creating unforgettable new memories with your closest friends.” Estrella adds: "These next new songs are the culmination of our several years of collaboration and truly understanding our writing process. In my opinion, it's a huge step forward and I can't wait for everyone to scream along with us!".
