Intensive ZYQ exercise

Online zoom and at the same time in person in Žilina.
I cordially invite you to "push yourself".
Improve yourself in the art of ZYQ and do a piece of work.
Intensive exercise will be focused for health and happiness. Freedom is another quality that can be added to our lives through the practice of ZYQ. Improving mental health is also a real path to freedom.
A lot of practice and a little theory, if you wish, awaits you on Saturday.
The only condition for participation is to have completed the first level with a certified ZYQ instructor. For beginners, the lunch block is more suitable.

Socially disadvantaged, if they really need it, a discount by agreement.
