‼ All-day BODY RESTART course in Prague‼
Body without pain, head without worries - that's how you'll leave the practical all-day course, which I'm holding again in Prague from October 🤗 For you, your loved ones, you can come as a group, or you can RESTART Donate BODIES to someone...
- the course takes place in a small group, where we have time to go through the entire body, identify problems and set it up correctly
- we will learn SOS exercises against pain
- we treat ourselves to pleasant self-massages using tools
- we relieve ourselves by stretching and then strengthen the body using Professor Pavel Kolář's DNS method
- we immediately incorporate all of this into practice without force, as well as proper breathing, sitting, standing and walking and anti-stress techniques...
When: Saturday 25 January, 15 March, 26 April, 14 6. 2025, always from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
