That's what Snoezelen is all about - a multisensory environment that helps children, adults and seniors feel safe, accepted and seen.
🎓 3-day Snoezelen experiential course for the professional public
offers a deep dive into this philosophy as well as practical skills that can be used in your daily practice.
What 💡 on the course you will learn:
• You will understand the philosophy of Snoezelen and its contribution to different target groups
• You will learn the techniques of working with light, sound, touch, smell and space
• You will experience practical demonstrations and model situations directly in the multisensory room
• You will learn to create an environment of safety and trust in which the child, the client and you as an expert can develop
👩⚕️ Course led by:
Ing. Zuzana Matejčeková – certified guide and therapist with many years of experience. Her approach is professionally firm, but at the same time humane and sensitive. Thanks to this, many educators, special educators, psychologists, workers in social services and practitioners have taken the course as a valuable tool.
👩🏫 For whom the course is suitable:
• educators, special educators and teaching assistants
• psychologists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, medical pedagogues
• workers in the field of child care, seniors or people with medical conditions disadvantaging
• all those who are thinking about creating a Snoezelen room in their facility

18. October, November 22 and November 29, 2025, always from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
🧩 The course takes place over three consecutive days - each part focuses on one topic and develops the knowledge gained in the previous part.
👉 It is not possible to participate only one day.
📍 Where?
Multisensory room - Materské centrum Pastierik, Tomášikova 35, Košice. Capacity is limited. The course takes place in a small group so that everyone has space for questions, discussion and own experience.
