In the Basic Course of RUŠ Methods R1, you learn to work with INTENTION, process your RELATIONSHIPS. The teaching is primarily PRACTICAL, you progress step by step, under the clear and sensitive guidance of RUSTY.
What participation in the course will bring you:
✅ You will be calmer, more relaxed, happier, healthier.
✅ It will be easier for you to solve daily problems and manage stress.
✅ Your relationships will improve - including with yourself.
✅ You will learn directly, quickly and easily to solve the real causes of your problems.
✅ You will get a great a tool for your psychohygiene
How does Daniela feel after the R1 course? "Everything is bathed in the sun. Considering that it took me 10 years to decide to sign up for the course, I can't say anything other than asking myself: "why did it take you so long?" But everything has its time and its natural development. What I experienced in those 5 days cannot be expressed in words. I found a happy continuation of my journey through life. My only regret is that I didn't decide to do it earlier."
