About event
The basic level of Training in Phenomenological Constellation Work and the Life Integration Process (LIP) is intended for those who are interested in professional and personal growth and constellation work.
Therapists, coaches, constellators and lecturers are welcome, as well as people from other work and life areas.
Before signing up, you should already be familiar with our work and should have completed at least 1 one-day seminar with one of us.
WHAT THE TRAINING WILL BRING YOU
In the basic level of training, you will learn the basics of constellation work and LIP in a practical and experiential way. We will focus on specific personal and professional topics and assignments of the participants, as they currently emerge. The training will thus provide you with permanent and sustainable support in your personal and professional development.
Based on the training, you will be able to apply some elements of constellation work in your own professional field. However, it does not entitle you to professionally perform constellation work (or even as your main activity). This is what the main (second) level of training, lasting 2 years, is intended for.
CONTENTS
Self-experience work with constellations on own topics and cases, systemic perspectives, theoretical psychological and spiritual background of the work, phenomenological approach and methodology, practical exercises as needed. You can find more specific thematic areas below.

are in a period of change and transformation
are already lecturers of constellations and are interested is a new LIP approach
they are considering participating in the Main training stage (2 years), but first they want to get to know the method
they work as coaches, lecturers, consultants and would like to develop their professional activities more towards a phenomenological approach< br/>are interested in the development of consciousness and would like to find out how individual levels of consciousness concretely manifest themselves in everyday life
feel that the old has ended but the new has not yet appeared
want to go through life with a deeper self-awareness themselves
they want to allow themselves the "luxury" of doing something "for themselves"
they carry the idea that they would like to become lecturers/guides/constellators
SCOPE BASIC LEVEL OF TRAINING
19 days divided into 6 modules, a total of 140 teaching hours.
On Saturday and Sunday, the module is also open to participants of the open seminar, for a wider spectrum of self-experience, experience, perception and reflection.
Monday is intended purely for the training group - for reflection of the experience, interpretation of theory, for particularly personal assignments and cases, and also for practical exercises under our guidance.
At the end, participants will receive a certificate recognized in all European Nelles Institutes.

Phenomenological constellation work means already in the process of exclaiming that I am opening myself to what is now. And that includes changes.
LECTURERS AND TRAINING GUARANTEE
Mgr. Petra Pejchalová
She studied German and Dutch at the Faculty of Philosophy. After her studies, she worked in a multinational corporation as an interpreter and assistant. However, the movement of life, a personal crisis and the desire for knowledge and self-discovery soon led her on, and she spent a total of 3.5 years traveling the world solo. A great experience for her, in addition to the openness of the journey itself and being in the bosom of nature, was meeting the religions of Asia, with meditation and with Osho's and later also with other self-experiential and therapeutic methods - many of which she was able to get to know during her almost 20-year interpreting practice.
In 2007 she met the family constellations and completed training with J. Bhagat Zeilhofer. In 2008, she met Wilfried Nelles for the first time as an interpreter for his seminars. His style of work impressed her so much that she became not only an interpreter, but also an organizer of his trainings and seminars and a translator of his books into Czech. In 2017, she founded the Nelles Institute of the Czech Republic, within which she conducts her own courses and co-facilitates constellation training. Her work naturally combines work with LIP and other techniques that she learned during her journey.
Martin Vachuška
Already in his childhood, long before he studied electrical engineering, he was interested and enjoyed psychology. In 1994, he was brought to the journey of "self-discovery" by health problems that classical medicine could not help him with. He met the family constellations in 2002. He completed the 2-year constellation training of the Guide on the Road.
For a long time he dealt with various approaches in constellation work, but at one point he found that it was no longer possible. That there is a need to change something or to quit this job. He went through this professional crisis for almost a year. He knew he wanted to continue this work, he just didn't know how to make it meaningful again.
After that year he met Wilfried Nelles, his model of consciousness development, his approach and practical work through the perspective of the Life Process integration -LIP - in a three-day seminar and knew almost immediately that this was exactly what he was looking for. He completed the Nelles Institute's Master Level Training in Integrative Constellation Work and Phenomenological Therapy. He conducts his own seminars, the main pillar of which is precisely this approach. And at the same time, this way of working continues to transform his life. He is also a Shiatsu and Craniosacral Therapy therapist and an accredited rock climbing instructor. He loves his wife Vladika, son Vítek, his family, nature, dance, beauty, human authenticity and uniqueness.
