About event
The Japanese pianist and composer, Yuki Murata will be playing in France, Italy and Czech in June, 2026.
Since her childhood, Yuki had been learning various styles of piano. This passion led her to study music composition in not only Japan, but also France and Canada. She debuted as a member of the cinematic music group, Anoice in 2006 and has since released many works on not only Anoice but also her own solo project, Yuki Murata and various other projects.
Yuki will play a range of compositions from her solo project and piano versions of Anoice songs on an upright piano or a concert grand piano such as a Steinway B 211 and a Bösendorfer Piano Imperial 290.
Everything, from the vibrations of the piano strings to the noise from the piano pedal, is Yuki Murata. We invite you to connect with the feelings that only her piano can express.
