About event
We invite you to a full-day workshop in the Community Garden on Suti. We will make an armchair and a table from waste material, such as pallets and various boards. We will imagine techniques with which we can create a full-fledged piece of furniture for our needs.
Materials, tools and aids will be provided.
The workshop is intended for everyone who wants to create - regardless of experience!
The workshop will be led by Nina Svistáková, a trained furniture maker who specializes in making custom-made furniture, repairing old pieces, as well as recycling and restoring pieces that have gone out of fashion, but are still fully functional.
Participate in the activities of the Climate-Resistant Neighborhood project, collect points and win great prizes! You can get a participation card directly at each event from the organizers. In order to include the participation card in the draw, it is necessary to participate in at least 5 of the 13 project events.
