About event
Note: If you have already been to the workshop, feel free to come again. The content is quite variable. There is no need to register for the program.
Would you like to be able to negotiate with anyone? Come and practice your negotiation skills at the workshop. You will assume a role in which you will have a clear task: to negotiate the best possible terms. The workshop goes beyond textbooks and instructional videos. You will experience a challenge. Together we will also discuss what works in negotiation and what to watch out for.
Why should you be able to negotiate? To be able to:
👉 agree on the best possible solution when you disagree with someone
👉 secure favorable terms of cooperation in anything
👉 negotiate a better reward
👉 agree even with people who are adamant
What awaits you:
👉 We will train. Haven't negotiated yet? Never mind! You can try it in a safe environment.
👉 Less stress in real life: Conflict is uncomfortable for many people. Try it - and it won't be such a scarecrow in real life anymore 🙂
👉 Improving communication skills: you will learn to perceive conflicts as opportunities
🙋♂️ The workshop is led by Honza Kubíček
Honza Kubíček participated in 13 international negotiation competitions as a student and made his way from failures to successes. In recent years, he has been an evaluator at these competitions and has organized negotiation training for law school students as well as for individuals and companies. He regularly negotiates wherever he can benefit. Negotiation training improved his life - and that's why he wants it to improve the lives of others :)
And if you want to discuss anything with Honza, write to him :)
