She is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague. In 2014–2018 she studied painting in the studio of Michael Rittstein, in 2018–2020 drawing in the studio of Jiří Petrbok. The study ended with a diploma thesis called rituals and obtaining the title of MgA. He lives and creates in Prague. It focuses primarily on oil painting and classic two -dimensional images, but beyond this work, but also slips to the creation of author books and short stories in which it further elaborates on its themes (for example, comics Make and Wish , 2020). He marginally associates his work with a happening at the so -called "Live Painting" events, such as Colors of Ostrava in 2019 or in the case of Vanguard Prague in the same year as Mural on the fashion house on Wenceslas Square. He has been actively exhibiting since his study years. He has at least 30 solo exhibitions and the same amount of group. She exhibited her works in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Great Britain, Italy and Belgium. In 2019, among the finalists of the Berlin BBA Artist Prize and the same among the finalists of Mostnopen21 in the UK. Klára Sedlo is represented in more than a hundred private collections in the Czech Republic (eg the collection of Lettenmayer spouses), Slovakia, Germany, Austria, the United States and Australia. In 2022 she published a story lami . At the same time, he devotes himself to illustration of books. Her most common themes include objects reflecting contemporary kitsch, bizarre objects, folklores and rituals (and their psychology). In her diploma thesis she worked on the topic of obsessive compulsive disorders. Based on the fragment of reality, it creates new stories and fabricated absurd legends (such as the "Legend of Bugsy The Evil"), which he records using canvases. Since 2019 he has also been elaborating the theme of Voynich's manuscript. This series of paintings was presented at two solo exhibitions during 2020 (Czech Bussines Club and Barley Gallery).
