About event

As every year, there will be mowing in Stromovka... and you need to prepare properly for that. We cordially invite you to ALTA for a school of scythe and singing songs for mowing!
🌿❤️ hit 15:00-20:00 – follow the ringing sound of the hammer hitting the scythe
🌿❤️ singing 18:00-19:30 – Men will learn so-called mowing songs, women will sing so-called lawn songs, which are sung in the meadow during the break at raking hay. And, of course, we will also do something together - boys and girls together.
🌿❤️ Why a drumming and singing workshop? 🌿❤️
Mowing starts with proper preparation. You need to be able to tap and adjust the tool correctly, but every proper mower or reaper is also equipped with a sweet song that decorates the meadow as beautifully as the rows of mowed grass.
Who wants to sharpen and sharpen their own or borrowed scythe (complete beginners are also welcome) or learn to sing lawn mower songs or so-called lawn songs, i.e. folk songs that perfectly suit the activity of mowing and digging, don't hesitate and come. Everyone is welcome!
🌿❤️ And this will be followed by MOWING IN THE TREE, for which we are preparing. 👉 https://fb.me/e/byB8Wm1Gy
🌿❤️🌿❤️🌿❤️
Štěp, Petr, Anežek, Bára, Studio ALTA and Forests of the Capital City of Prague, which leave the grass standing, have purchased sponsor scythes and Prague scythes. support.

🌿❤️ Singing 18:00-19:30 – Men will learn 'mowing' songs, while women will join 'lawn' songs workshop, sung in the meadow during a hay raking break. And, of course, we will do something together – boys and girls together.
🌿❤️ Wondering why a hammering and singing workshop? 🌿❤️
Hand mowing starts with proper preparation. One should be able to hammer and adjust the scythe correctly, plus every proper mower or harvester should be equipped with a sweet song that could embellish the meadow as beautifully as the rows of mowed grass. If you would like to sharpen and adjust your own or borrowed scythe (complete beginners are welcome) or learn to sing the so-called mowing and lawn songs, i.e. traditional folk songs sung to mowing and raking, do not hesitate to come and join us. Everyone is welcome!
