About event
Workshops – MOMENTUM and JOY – learning and living the joy of playing. Be in the joy of playing. Mindfulness from moment to moment.
“The soul is in love with joy.” – Unknown
Express your authentically beautiful self. Discover and expand your potential in relationships.
We meet in clear, repeatable structures with a few rules.
The possible expressions are voice, breath and movement - no words, no explanations.
We play from moment to moment and see what emerges in contact with the other person.
No plan. No agenda. No goal.
What wants to show itself? The wild one? Litter? Impatient ones? Playful ones? Crazy, angry people? Submissive? Invisible ones? Vicinity? Distanced ones? Hidden ones? Confrontational? Erotic? Dominant? Devoted ones? Challenging ones? Tender ones?
All impulses are equal and welcome and are allowed to find their expression. Nonjudgmental and respected in an interactive dynamic between two (or more) people. In a safe space we are invited to let go.
Procedure
Welcome circle | Presentation of the rules and demo session | Exercises for following your intuition | Ritual Play by Marina Kronquist | Conclusion Circle
“The beauty of Ritual Play is that the participants learn how to play. That is huge. Generally when you are close to people physically and/or you are having sex, you have a goal. And everybody working with tantra and intimacy will say “don’t have a goal.” But nobody teaches you HOW to not have a goal, what to do instead. Ritual Play teaches you that. Plus, it’s fun, really fun.” – Dr.Betty Martin, sexuality and touch coach, practitioner trainer
