About event
We cordially invite you to the New Year's workshop, in which we will look back at the past year together and welcome the one that has just begun.
The previous year was a year of balance, so we have the last chance energetically to put some things on imaginary scales and move with inner peace into the year in the number 9, which will be about balancing, introspection and connecting to your intuition.
Guided meditation will help us in this, during which we leave the old and thus create space for the manifestation of what we wish to continue living.
Our senses will be soothed by a mixture of scented essences, which this time will not only harmonize our emotions, the water in us, but also support the kidneys and bladder.
Just like gentle asanas, which will release all tension in the body through longer endurance.
During this workshop we will have the opportunity to work all the time and feel our sankalpa, our intention and last but not least, anyone who feels like it can pull out an inspirational New Year's card as guidance for the year 2025.
The workshop is also suitable for beginners.
We recommend loose comfortable clothes and warm socks, we will take care of the rest;)
What can you look forward to?
Deep relaxation and connection to yourself through healing sounds and slow yin flow to stimulate the flow of chi energy in body.
Scented essences supporting our emotions and intuition.
Harmonization of the organ in the element of water: kidney and bladder.
Meditation to dissolve and honor all the old and step into the manifestation of the new.
Pulling out a New Year's card as guidance for 2025.
Looking forward to You,
Monika
