Ointments and tinctures - homemade from nature's healing ingredients for your medicine cabinet

Ointments and tinctures - homemade from the healing active ingredients from nature – used to be found in every medicine cabinet. It is very important to me to bring this lost knowledge back to the people.

We use the beneficial ingredients of wild and medicinal herbs and use them to produce valuable oil extracts, tinctures and ointments. The workshop is divided into a theoretical and a practical part.

During a herb tour in the garden, we get to know and harvest the medicinal plants. In the theory part I explain how it works and the background.

We then prepare the most important components of a small medicine cabinet together, e.g.

• Calendula ointment for all skin injuries and scars
• St. John's wort oil for burns, sunburns and painful joints
• St. John's wort tincture for anxiety
• Marjoram-thyme ointment for colds and coughs
• Rosemary tincture for headaches and fatigue

You can of course take the manufactured products home with you afterwards.
