Fermentation workshop with Magda from Fermentujeme. We will learn the basic procedures of vegetable fermentation and taste the finished products. You will also be able to take something home. The number of participants is limited, register at knihovna@permakulturacs.cz. Price 1000 CZK. It takes place in our library at Anenská 5, Prague 1.
