About event
Workshop - THE POWER OF CONNECTION - Allow closeness and intimacy
Want to allow intimacy and closeness - but don't know how?
We discover the wide field of intimate encounters (What types of Intimacy exists?), focus on physical intimacy and primarily use the medium of conscious touch to research. An honest discussion with yourself is the top priority here: Where do I stand? What do I wish for? What are my intentions, my intentions? How can I be honest and open with them?
A second important point is meeting the other person at eye level: How can I really perceive the other person? How do I show that I see and hear my counterpart? How can we meet each other free of manipulation and enter into a genuine and deep exchange?
What does it mean to flow together and let the bodies speak to each other?
We deepen the discussion of Betty Martin's Wheel of Consent and focus on the aspect of devotion. What does it mean to surrender and how can I practice letting go, trusting and enjoying?
We also discover the 5 love languages. Which one is mine? What can I do to speak to everyone?
