About event
Workshop "CONSCIOUS TAUCH" - Learn to receive conscious touches
The focus of this workshop is the question: What is conscious touch - and how can we learn you? Together we research how touch becomes an experience that touches and fulfills both sides - the recipients and the giving. We combine clear awareness with body intuition: the ability to perceive the fine signals of our body.
The basis for this forms trust and mindfulness:
→ Learn to trust: The receivers refine their sense of what they really want - and what not. They practice communicating this clearly and lovingly. You will learn that you are responsible for your experiences, learn to trust yourself, and practice, actively receive - in joy, gratitude and inner peace. They practice consciously dealing with the wishes and limits of others. You discover how fulfilling it is to give it from your heart - and how you can let your loving intention flow through your hands.
On the second day we immerse yourself in the Wheel of Consent. We get to know the four quadrants, research different touch dynamics and discover which gift is in every single - for our experience of closeness, intimacy and connection.
We also invite you to our CONSCIOUS CUDDLE Experience "deliberately contain" (included in the price). + 21.09. 2025
