We often hear that partial drapes are underrated and that they can be far more powerful than full drapes, or that we tend to rush into full drapes and don't enjoy enough of the possibilities the earth has to offer. Let's change that together.
This workshop will add another “weapon” to your rope arsenal. We will learn together how to use the land for various purposes, how to increase or, on the contrary, reduce the physical and emotional demands on the bound. Great emphasis will be placed on the individuality of bound people and the adaptation of individual exercises to suit them.
We will use the Takate Kote for most of the day, but we will also try alternatives such as the strappdo, which is for partial slings like done.
We will explore all aspects of tying together: safety, technique, emotions and aesthetics. Each position will offer us a little something different, the exercises will be playful and teasing, elegant, physically challenging to distressing, predicament and much more. It's up to you what you dive into and what kind of experience you create for yourself and your partner.
Advanced: The workshop is intended for intermediate and advanced students who have completed #2 Workshop Basics of tying: Technique, emotions, hinges, or they know how to tie Takate Kote well (or have experience on the tied side) and can work with hanging ropes.
