WORKSHOP "Move better, dance better"
for "social" Kizomba, Salsa and Bachata (SBK) dancers who feel it's time to go deeper.
We will play with:
tension and relaxation
pause (yes, also silence dances)
with a look
breath
a micro movement that changes the whole dance

No new figures.
Just more of you in the dance.
Maybe you will find that fewer steps mean more intensity.
