Winter Solstice Reflection Walk
Close to the shortest day of the year, the world slows down and so can we. Join me for a walk through Grunewald to breathe the crisp winter air, observe the seasons change, reflect on the past year and make space for what comes next.
What will we talk about:
- What did the year 2025 mean to you?
- What do you need to let go of?
- What and how can you celebrate?
- How can you set intentions for the new year?
Logistics:
- Our walk will take us through Grunewald.
- Depending on the weather, we will take a longer route or a shorter version with a café break.
- Either way: dress warm!
What awaits you?
- A walk in nature (max. 8km)
- A familiar circle of like-minded people
- Reflection questions to ponder on your own and discuss in small groups
- Mindfulness exercise to get into closer contact with nature
- New perspective, new insights and new friends

- Guided exercises and facilitated activities
- Community leader & guide for the day
- Material for exercises (yes, you will take some of it as memory)
