Wildes Holz - Klassiker

The Trio Wildes Holz has made a name for itself by finally playing rock and pop music on “real” instruments. And of course these are wooden instruments! In particular the common recorder, which gives this music a very special touch. But what can be done with rock classics should probably be possible even more with the “real” classics! So Wildes Holz takes on Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, Vivaldi, Brahms and Telemann - and plays their music as if they were rock classics. In a way they are. And the treatment with wooden humor, virtuosity and a good pinch of self-irony does these works extraordinarily well! It's not for nothing that the trio has been playing on small and large stages in Germany for 25 years and has therefore become a classic in its own right.
