We would be happy if you were there!
In trance dance, intensive breathing is combined with the naturally arising desire for movement. When the body moves without being controlled, we reach deep layers of ourselves - the soul begins to dance and moves beyond the usual boundaries. This passionate physical process can represent a true experience of liberation and invite the integration of split-off parts. In our protected circle we want to awaken and live out different facets of our primal power.
The dance is accompanied by drumming, smoking and energy work. To intensify the experience, participants wear a blindfold. If you have one, please bring a cloth or something similar.
You can really enjoy the wild unfolding and dancing.

CLOTHING
It would be good if you bring loose clothing with you, as it usually gets quite warm to hot.
A water bottle would also be great.
If you have a blindfold or a light cloth, please bring it with you.
We also have blindfolds if you can't find anything suitable at home.
PICNIC
At the end we want to have a little 'picnic' on the dance floor before we land together.
It would be nice if everyone brought a small snack. Thanks!

TRANCE DANCE combines intense breathing with the natural impulse for movement. When the body starts to dance without being controlled by the everyday life consciousness, the soul starts to take over. This passionate process can be very liberating, can reintegrate disconnected parts of ourselves and open us to visions. By creating a save container together we will dive into the power of our wild nature.
The dance will be accompanied by music, drumming, smudging and energy work. For the intensification of the experience everyone will wear an eye bandage. If you have your favorite blindfold at home, please bring it. If you don’t have one, we can also offer some.
It is also recommended to wear or bring light clothes since it is going to be quid warm/hot.
Please also remember to bring your own water bottle.
In the end, after the dance we will land together with a little picnic on the dance floor and a sharing, if you wish. Please bring a little snack to share.
