We talk every day - but rarely about what really matters.

Life goes on. Roles, tasks, expectations.
And yet there are moments in which something stirs.
A quiet question arises:

Am I living my life - or am I, above all, fulfilling the expectations of others?

This evening is for exactly those moments.

No lecture, no motivational program. But a quiet space to pause, reflect and get back in touch with what is really important to you.

With real conversations, honest reflection and small impulses for everyday life - and with what I call Soul Polishing: a practice of staying in regular contact with yourself. Not once, but again and again. Like brushing your teeth.

Listening is just as welcome as speaking. Moments of silence alternate with exchanges. Open end, for relaxed togetherness.

You leave with more clarity, more peace and a stronger feeling of being closer to yourself again.

Coffee, tea and small snacks are provided.
