This evening we are devoting ourselves to perhaps one of the most important questions of our lives:

The truth about love.

Why do we long for love, closeness and connection so deeply -
and yet so often experience disappointment, insecurity or inner emptiness?

There are moments in life
in which questions can no longer be ignored

Too sense. To relationships.
To inner peace, wisdom, spiritual wholeness.

To what really counts.

We look at these questions not only from a personal,
but also from a philosophical and spiritual perspective.

What is love really?
Why do we so often look outside,
what we long for inside?
And changes Relationship,
when our understanding of ourselves changes?

This meeting offers a space
to consciously confront these questions -
in exchange with others
and in connection with yourself.

The evening begins with a short inspiring impulse
based on a video by Alan Watts
about perhaps the most fundamental human desire.

Afterwards we open a space
for honest conversations, reflection and exchange.

After After a short break, we carefully switch from words to silence -
with space for inner resonance, conscious perception and deeper insights.

A central component is what I call Soul Polishing:
a regular practice of
staying in contact with yourself -
and developing inner balance, calm and strength.

Not once.
But always again -
like brushing your teeth.

A fulfilled life doesn't happen by chance.
It comes about through attention,
by looking honestly
and through small, conscious steps in everyday life.

You can of course come alone.
The atmosphere makes it easy to come into contact.

You decide for yourself how much you want to share —
Listening is just as welcome.

You leave with more Clarity.
More peace.
And perhaps also with a new look
at love, connection and yourself.
