The “Christmas singing in the neighborhood” goes into the next round: on Sunday, December 14th In 2025 we invite you to the Kulturbrauerei's Kesselhaus from 3 p.m. (start: 4 p.m.) - for a sing-a-long together. With you, we will transform the Kesselhaus into a place full of music, community and Christmas spirit. Every third Advent, young and old meet there to sing the most beautiful German and international Christmas carols at the pre-Christmas Sing-A-Long. True to the motto “Singing together makes you happy!”

We are particularly pleased to have Billy Andrews (aka The Dark Tenor) as our patron this year. Experience the star tenor in the Kesselhaus. Billy Andrews, known as The Dark Tenor, combines classical music with rock and pop elements to create a distinctive, modern sound. With over 260,000 albums sold (gold status) and numerous chart placements, he is one of the most successful artists in his genre in German-speaking countries. His spectacular shows combine great classical music with modern stage technology. His goal is to make classical music accessible to a broad audience and to build a bridge between tradition and youth culture. As in previous years, in addition to the music, the focus is on togetherness in the neighborhood. Together with the Stage Company and many committed supporters, we not only celebrate the pre-Christmas season, but also send a strong signal of solidarity.

2 euros of every entrance fee is donated to a charity.

“Christmas singing in the neighborhood” in the Kesselhaus has now become a permanent institution in Berlin: a place where people come together, sing, donate and experience the special power of music. Before and after the event you should also visit our wonderful “Lucia” Christmas market.
