On the event:

The Wegvisor® Impulse Day is an event format of the Wegvisor Leadership Foundation. The four times a year takes outstanding personalities with a large example and exemplary character from all over the republic to our region. An Otto-von Bismarck quote provocatively sums up the philosophy of the series of events: "Only the stupid learns from experience, but the clever learns from the experience of others." Through the question "How did you do that?" Talk about your personal and entrepreneurial development, your vision, your values, your ups and downs and thus give a strong impulse to the audience. With the motto: Provoking means stimulating thinking! Inspire everyone present to think about your own development. Following the lecture, there is an intensive, partially modern exchange in small groups for direct metabolism of the thoughts obtained. The credo of this exchange forms a saying from the USA: "Kluge heads talk about ideas, mediocre about events and weak about people."
