About the event:

The WEGVISOR® Impulse Day is an event format run by the WEGVISOR Leadership Foundation. The event, which takes place four times a year, brings outstanding personalities with great example and role model character from all over the Republic to our region. An Otto von Bismarck quote provocatively sums up the philosophy of the event series: "Only the stupid learn from experience, while the clever learn from the experience of others." By asking “How did you do that?” They talk about their personal and entrepreneurial development, their vision, their values, their ups and downs and thus give a strong impulse to the audience. With the motto: Provoking means stimulating thought! inspire everyone present to think about their own development. Following the lecture, there will be an intensive, partially moderated exchange in small groups to directly metabolize the ideas gained. The credo of this exchange is a proverb from the USA: "Bright minds talk about ideas, mediocre ones talk about events and weak ones talk about people."
