About event
The relationship is an integral part of interventions in helping professions. In order to be healthy and effective for the defined cooperation, it is important to create a safe environment between workers and clients, it must be supported by functioning communication and the worker must be aware of his professional background, strengthen his competences and grow professionally. This is helped by the awareness of the meaning, objectives and mission of mutual cooperation, but also to understand the definition of the profession, the awareness of mutual roles and traps that can endanger the relationship and its participants.
The course represents the basic pillars of a healthy relationship between workers in helping professions and clients, such as creating a safe environment of cooperation, communication and the influence of professional maturity on the relationship. It also offers ways to prevent risks and difficult relationship situations that may occur in cooperation (syndrome of helping, client disfronting, abuse, etc.). The course will also focus on the relationship to ourselves, on their own-value, and self-esteem as a platform affecting the relationship to others.
