Outdoor Beer Fest at JS Retro Bar!
Event by: JS Retro Bar
Location: REVOS s.r.o., Novozámocká 94, Nitra
About event
Come and enjoy different types of beer, fantastic food and concerts of several bands in the open air in the area of JS Retro Bar!
The outdoor beer fest opens its doors at 3:00 p.m., the following program awaits visitors (times may vary slightly):
4:00 p.m. ZUŠ Jozef Rosinski in Nitra: Kinderká
5:30 p.m. THE BEAT THIS band (Beatles tribute band)
Komárňa band The Beat This (Beatles a little different) started as a family surprise. Then, based on their own ideas, they reworked the Beatles' world-famous hits and the final result was convincing.
"We are different because we bring our feelings, our own musical world to Beatles songs. Often only the melody remains, everything else changes. The vocals remain in people's feelings, even if we put more crushing riffs and rockier drums underneath. That's why The Beat This works." Lajos Osváth, bass guitarist
19:00 Band DORA
Dora is a folk-rock band from Nitra, whose music combines traditional Slovak folk music with a modern spirit.
It arranges well-known folklore songs into various subgenres and brings the unmistakable beauty of our culture closer to even the youngest generations.
20:30 AC/CZ (AC/DC tribute band)
The most successful AC/DC tribute band not only in the Czech Republic, recognized by critics as one of the best also abroad. The band has been active on the scene since December 2010 and has over 1200 performances. It regularly performs concerts not only in the Czech Republic, but also in Slovakia, Poland, Austria, Switzerland and, above all, in Germany. In 2024, the band performed for the President of the Czech Republic as part of the Czech Television program, in Leipzig, Germany, at UEFA EURO 2024 as the only Czech band. The singer of the band AC/CZ Josef Šimún is a regular guest of the world project of the orchestra Lords of the sound: www.highwaytosymphony.com.
You can look forward to a big theater and concert show with original costumes, instruments, backdrops and above all a precise interpretation of the biggest hits from AC/DC. The main protagonist is the well-known guitarist Adam Malík.
