Vom Interface zum Interspace

Artificial intelligence as an immersive spatial experience.

From interface to interspace - artificial intelligence as immersive Spatial experience.

What to expect:

Many companies talk about artificial intelligence with great enthusiasm - but in everyday life, employees stumble over a number of uncertainties: What role do I still have? How do I use the tool correctly? And is that actually my problem or the machine’s? What is the right solution for our company and what does this all have to do with workspace design?

In this interactive workshop we will focus on exactly that: We will playfully get to the bottom of the everyday hurdles that arise when humans, AI and workspaces come together. Together we are investigating how workspaces - physical and digital - can be designed so that AI does not seem strange, but rather intuitively supports the work processes in the organizations. We create a moderated work setting for exchange, reflection and concrete implementation.

This workshop is suitable for you if:

... you know want to see how AI can be perceived as an actor in workspaces.

... you or those around you react insecurely or overwhelmed when dealing with AI.

... you want to design workspaces that give people orientation, trust and clarity in the use of AI.

... AI is “somehow there” in your organization, but no one really knows how to integrate it in a meaningful way.

That’s what you’ll learn with this one Workshop:

• How artificial intelligence can be used as a medium that can be experienced spatially.
• How you can recognize and spatially deal with typical insecurities and frustrations when dealing with AI through conscious spatial design.
• How you can develop interaction models between people, space and AI that support you when dealing with AI in your organization.
• How you can make uncertainties in the team visible when dealing with AI and through designed settings in collective action transform.
