VOICES OF IMPACT

13 SPEAKERS - 5 TOPICS - 1 EVENING ...be the future together.

Voices of Impact is an event for decision-makers from top management, HR and event organization, which brings together different perspectives on key future issues in the world of work. It opens up space for condensed impulses, classification and new approaches to topics that have a lasting impact on leadership, organizations and work.

Thirteen selected keynote speakers provide insight into their ways of thinking, topics and work approaches in short, concentrated contributions. Perspectives on leadership and organizational culture, inclusion and neurodivergence as well as crisis management and social responsibility come together in one place and make the diversity of contemporary approaches to leadership and work directly tangible. Martina Kapral and Ali Mahlodji will host the evening.

When we talk about the society of tomorrow, then we inevitably talk about the future of children and young people. With the net proceeds from ticket sales we would like to support two organizations that support children and young people - in Austria and internationally.

1. Sinbad is a mentoring program in which young people connect with each other and seize opportunities together, regardless of their social background.

2. Fishnet is committed to the sustainable fight against poverty and creates future prospects for children and families in Kenya.
