We cordially invite you to the favorite seminar of healthy legs I. In the new format on how to keep our healthy legs to old age. A knowledge experience based on deep knowledge and long -term practice of the lecturer.
During the course you will get a quality overview and experience so you can know from now on why to take care of your feet and especially how to do it. It will bring relief not only to your feet, but very often improve and release even sore areas far from the legs, even on the neck!
What do you take? You will get a very comprehensive overview of walking, healthy legs and feet. You will learn the vitalization massage of the legs and a set of exercises that will help you immediately from the pain.
