Vít Svoboda: Chiralita trochu jinak

Vít Svoboda studied physical chemistry at VŠCHT Prague. For his doctorate, he headed to ETH Zürich in Switzerland, where he worked on attosecond spectroscopy. He then worked at the Max Born Institute in Berlin and subsequently worked as a postdoc at JILA, a joint research facility of the University of Colorado, Boulder and NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology), where he was involved in research into femtosecond dynamics in plasmonic nanoparticles.

In 2023, he received two prestigious grants, thanks to which he returned to VŠCHT Prague, where he founded his own research group of ultrafast spectroscopy and femtochirality.
