We invite you to a weekend exercise training program on the cultivation of the body, mind and energy. />
During 3 days you will learn to work with your inner energy, harmonize your mind and emotions.
- You reconnect with your body and intuition.
- You will learn to perceive the connection of body - mind - breath.
- You will understand how to cultivate your inner energy.
The weekend course also includes the basics of relaxation, meditation with an overlap into Traditional Chinese medicine.
At the same time, it is a preparatory course for a lecturer's course with the accreditation of the Ministry of Education and Culture.
Former participants can also register and simply repeat the course (the course fee is half price).

- the basics of working with the body, breath, mind and an effective set of Eight pieces of brocades
- how to harmonize yourself and use the energy of nature and your own mind for this
- how to maintain a body in good shape and health into old age
You will be guided through the course by Michaela Sklářová,
who for more than 20 years has been teaching women and men of all ages ancient Chinese Qigong exercises for health and longevity, working with energy of nature with the aim of rejuvenating the body, improving the function of organs and calming the psyche, opening up personal and spiritual potential. In 2010, she was one of the first to establish the School of Natural Medicine and Qigong program in the Czech Republic, where people learn to systematically work with the body, breath, mind and energy.
