Comprehensive weekend preparation for childbirth by Hypnobirth in PREŠOV. Prenatal preparation Hypnobirth is a unique and complex educational program tailored to each pregnant woman and her partner, using deep relaxation and special breathing techniques, for a safer, easier and gentler birth.

• Natural ways to bring your body into labor, without artificially chemically inducing labor contractions,
• How you and your birthing partner can create an atmosphere and prepare an environment that will be full of peace and joy instead of tension and stress,
• Gentle breathing techniques that will allow you to bring your baby into the world without unnecessary violence or tiresome physical pressure.

The course will take place in person in PREŠOV, on Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with regular short breaks and an hour with a lunch break.
