About event
The August program in SteelPark will once again belong to discovery, 🧪experiments and 🎨creativity. During the weekend of August 8 and 9, 2026, visitors of all ages can enjoy an interactive exhibition, themed mini-workshops and creative workshops.
💧During the day, there will also be short demonstrations of the On the Surface workshop, which is part of the Experiments with Water series. 🧪Mini workshops will take place at 🕚11.00, 13.00, 15.00 and 17.00. and for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, they will reveal to visitors the fascinating properties of water🌊 and the secrets of surface tension.
Through simple experiments, children 🧪 will try how a small drop of detergent 💦 can stir the entire surface of the water, why a paper fish or a spiral starts to move after contact with the detergent and what invisible forces act on the surface of the water.
From 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. creative workshops will also be open, where children can create their own wooden puzzles. 🪵Creative activity will offer space for relaxation, development of imagination💡 and pleasantly spent time😊 between individual scientific experiences.
