• Live BBQ competitions: Experience the best Grill masters of Europe in action and look over their shoulders as they prepare their award-winning dishes.
• Gourmet market with sausage specialties and more: Enjoy a selection of homemade sausage specialties, meatloaf and other delicacies from local producers.
• Workshops and Demonstrations: Learn from the pros! Participate in workshops and demonstrations where grilling techniques and BBQ secrets are presented.
• Tastings - Taste the dishes of the international competition teams, which are otherwise only given to trained and certified judges to evaluate in the special BBQ tasting area. (Saturday: ribs -- Sunday: ribs, pulled pork and brisket - each available for a tasting voucher - on site)
