Christmas integration constellations: Integration of the year

The end of the year is a natural moment to stop.
To give thanks - for everything that was beautiful and challenging.
To understand what has moved in us during the year, what has matured, what is still waiting to be accepted.

The Christmas integration constellations are an invitation to look at your year from a distance - with gentleness and curiosity.
Not to change something, but to see what is already inside us.

In a safe and relaxed space, you can touch on your topics - personal, relational, work.
Not as "problems to be solved", but as stories that deserve to be seen.

Integration means accepting everything that has happened - joy and pain, certainty and confusion.
Give it a place to settle.
And thus prepare for a new beginning - not by force, but naturally.

This evening is for you if:

you want to close the year and look at it with perspective,

you feel that you are spinning in a circle and need distance,

you want to accept the past as it is was,

or you simply need to give yourself space - in silence, in connection, in the presence.

Constellations are not therapy or a tool for repair.
They are a process in which things can be shown as they really are.
And sometimes that is enough.

Stop. Breathe out. Thank yourself.
Let this evening be your integration of the year.
