very first photo gravel ride

Join us for the ultimate off-road cycling adventure and capture your very first photo gravel ride in all its rugged glory!

On May 31st, 2025, we’re inviting you to a very special gravel ride – a 50-kilometer tour where it’s all about cycling and photography.
Whether you’re more comfortable with click pedals or film grain, this ride is all about community – with style, good vibes, and an eye for aesthetics.

We’ll start at Veletage – the Salon for Cycling Culture.
There, we’ll ease into the afternoon with a fine coffee, get to know each other, and have a quick chat about the Leica cameras that will be available to use during the ride.

Soon after, we’ll head out: rolling out in true "ride pretty fast" spirit – meaning a relaxed but steady pace (around 20 km/h average, no one gets dropped) – exploring the scenic gravel roads around Vienna, passing open fields, hidden paths, and beautiful views.
Along the way, there’ll be plenty of time to stop, capture moments, admire bikes, and connect with each other.

Pro tip: Dress to impress! We are the models – together with our bikes.

The ride ends at the Leica Gallery Vienna, where we’ll wind down the day with pizza, soda, and photo talk.

The exact route will be shared a few days before the event – so stay tuned.

Ride. Snap. Repeat.
