With the aesthetics of post-apocalyptic fiction, we find ourselves in the scenery of a landscape from which humanity may have left, but earlier stuck in an infinite loop. Pieces of concrete, iron and living matter undergo a transformation. Their form revealed by the darkness disappears again, we perceive the light coming from inside them, we penetrate below the surface and, torn from the illusion, we are confronted with a deeper reality. Red is a light signal that reveals an error in the system.
Unknown horizons, interweaving futuristic visuality with artifacts of the past, are above all a reflection of the present. They put us before the question of whether the coordinates that we have recalculated so many times really lead to a new goal, or we are just waiting for another circle in the void.
Miroslav Kormoš, curator of the exhibition
The exhibition will last until 3/5/2026.

With the aesthetics of post-apocalyptic fiction, we find ourselves in a landscape of a country that humanity may have abandoned – or perhaps one trapped in an endless loop. Pieces of concrete, iron, and living matter undergo transformation. Their forms, revealed by darkness, disappear again; we perceive the light emanating from within them, penetrating beneath the surface. Torn from illusion, we are confronted with a deeper reality. Red becomes a light signal – an alert that reveals an error in the system.
Unknown Horizons, intertwining futuristic visuality with artifacts of the past, primarily reflect the present. We are faced with the question of whether the coordinates we have recalculated so many times truly lead to a new destination, or whether we are merely waiting for another cycle in the void.
Miroslav Kormoš, exhibition curator
The exhibition will run until May 3, 2026.
