You will be influenced in every negotiation. The only question is: do you notice it?

Negotiations are not only decided by arguments - but by the framework in which they are conducted.

Framing influences every negotiation. It determines what is perceived as fair, sensible or attractive.

You too are influenced by framing in every negotiation - often without realizing it. In this workshop you will learn to recognize these mechanisms and use them specifically for yourself.

• Understanding how framing influences decisions and negotiations - including yourself
• Ability to recognize and classify frames early on
• Techniques to actively control negotiations
• Strategies to avoid unfavorable or manipulative frames to question and change
• Concrete application based on typical salary, project and price negotiations

• Compact input on the basics of framing in negotiations
• Analysis of typical examples from real negotiation situations
• Interactive exercises in which you recognize frames and yourself apply
• Reflection and exchange in the group
