About event
Are you nervous about performing in front of an audience? Do you want to become a confident speaker and a real leader? Toastmasters Trnava offers you the ideal place to develop your speaking and leadership skills in a supportive and friendly atmosphere!
In our club, you learn through practical experience - not only as a speaker, but also as a leader. Each meeting is led by a moderator and provides many opportunities for development: from prepared speeches, through their evaluation to improvisational exercises. We focus on developing communication skills and effective people management and teamwork. Our community will help you grow on both fronts.
What awaits you at the meeting?
Prepared speeches: You will hear members of the club give lectures as part of our special educational program.
Evaluation of speeches: Experienced speakers will give you constructive feedback from which you will learn how to improve your speech.
Improvisations: A dynamic and fun part of the meeting where you can test your skills without preparations.
Technical assessment: We also focus on details such as eliminating word fluff, keeping time and other aspects of public speaking.
And that's not all! After the meeting, we invite you to an informal after-party, where you can discuss with members, get advice and exchange experiences.
Entrance for guests is free - you can just watch or get involved. Join us and become part of a community that will help you grow as a speaker and leader!
