We invite you to a joint women's meeting, which in the dark part of the year can be a great support, nourishment and inspiration for the coming winter time, weaving visions, recapitulating the year and stopping, slowing down, resting and regenerating.
The course is part of the Self-Conscious Woman cycle.
Theme - Cultivation of the Witch (Old Woman) Archetype of the Inner Woman - The Soul of the Shaman, the Visionary, the One Who Speaks from the Goddesses, concluded A solstice ritual with the Dance of the Moon, which will energetically and psychologically prepare us and put us in a good mood for the winter season and at the same time connect us with our inner feminine circle. , the Old Woman, the Wise Woman, or the TA who talks to the Goddess, the last one to complete the energy circuit – closing the inner feminine circle and anchoring the 4 pillars – 4 basic archetypes of a woman.
In the form of conscious movement, dance, ritual and meditation, we will cultivate, strengthen and harmonize this part of the personality, which is nowadays very neglected or, on the contrary, very prevalent among some women. It then manifests itself in its shadow, which after a long time shows itself physically, somatizes on the body (psychosomatics), most often through problems on the female organs, hormonal imbalance or painful and irregular menstruation. We will show you exercises and other tips for painless menstruation, how to take care of yourself, perceive your body and its needs before health problems manifest themselves.
We will connect with our ability to let go and forgive, as well as our inner sources of strength, with our ancestors for the dark part of the year.
We will get to know - experience (the whole) inner feminine circle represented by the 4 basic archetypes of a woman - Virgo, Mother, Enchantress, Witch, and thus realizing which archetype is out of balance in our life and the Witch in us, the so-called holds.
We will end with an initiation dance ritual – Dance of the moon with the intention of balancing the female pillars on which we lean in life, in our lives together in the energies of the winter solstice.
Place of action: Studio Loona, Křižíkova 67, Prague 8- Karlín - is open from 9.30 a.m., start at 10 a.m.
Take with you: clothes for dancing, preferably a dress, a skirt, a photo of your grandmothers.
