Linda and George's marriage is in crisis after seventeen years. Unlike Linda, George does not perceive the exhaustion of living together, but as soon as he is forced to face the truth, he tries to save the relationship with a risky step. When his plan fails, he leaves the house to give his wife a chance to "find herself". A game takes place in which his father and their best friends also play a small role and over which the question hangs over whether to try it after all...
