The screening of the film will take place with musical accompaniment by Mark Holan.

Vampire Nosferatu / Friedrich Wilhelm Murnau / German Empire, 1922 / 94 min. – An indestructible gem of German film expressionism elevating the theme of Stoker's many-times-filmed novel Dracula to a “symphony of horror” – in keeping with the film's full German title. The second word, referring to the horror genre, is definitely not more important here than the first, which reminds us of the immodest musical claims of the visionary Friedrich W. Murnau, "the greatest filmmaker the Germans ever had" - in the words of historian Lotte H. Eisner.
