THE ART OF LIVING TOUCH / Bratislava
Hello women and men,
I invite you to an in-depth training in working with touch, boundaries and the ability to read the relational context.
Why am I organizing this training?
Because during the 30 years I have been working with groups, various forms of contact with clients, bodywork, martial arts, psychology focused on the body, I have not yet met comprehensive training for guides.
For the last 9 years, I have mainly been accompanying guides/therapists.
From my point of view, no one in the field deals in depth with the touch and dynamics of working with clients, which we also experience in our personal lives. So I decided to make it myself.
What is it about?
Touch does not start the moment we touch someone.
It starts earlier.
In the space between us.
In how we approach each other.
How we breathe.
How our body reacts even before contact.
And this is where we often get lost, because no one has taught us in this dimension. And that is something I will bring to you in this course.
🔥 Often we do not know completely:
- where are our boundaries and the boundaries of the client
- how to read hidden signals through the body and roles
- when is "yes" and when is "no"
- how to touch in a way that it is alive... and safe at the same time
Touch is not a luxury.
It is the basic language of our nervous system system.
Through it we learn relationship, value and safety.
And when something is not right in it, the body knows it before we do.
This workshop is not about explaining it to ourselves.
It is about tuning in together... and we will experience it.
Through the body.
Through contact.
Across borders.
We will attune to the craniosacral style of perception
and to the Breath of Life.
🔥 We will mainly work through:
• craniosacral therapy (attunement to the Breath of Life, quality of touch, accompaniment)
• Body Intelligence – perception of the body, nervous system and signals
• systemic constellations – field, place, relationships and dynamics
• process-oriented work – working with what is happening happening
• working with shame (UnShaming approach) – creating safety for what is emerging
Not separately.
But together. In one field.
🔥 We will explore:
• how touch is created even before touch
• how to distinguish between "yes" and "no" in the body
• how to stay in contact with yourself and with the other
• what changes when there is presence in touch
And if it is true for us within the limits,
we will also touch on the basics of craniosacral work:
attunement, quality of touch, accompaniment.
Not as a technique.
But as a way of perception.
This is a space where "no" has a place.
Where nothing needs to be skipped.
Where touch can become a living communication.
It is for those of you:
- those who are starting with touch
- for those who have been working for some time
- and for advanced people who want go deeper
