Uhol_92: Happy End ≋ NOVEMBER

We open Pandora's box and ... Greek myths and two thousand hits. These are the cultural codes that defined our ideas about heroes, fearless women, monsters and of course - love. What do we say when we look at these inherited stories that still affect us today through today's eyes? Keep - or throw away?

Happy End is a musical comedy with surprising turns to relationship issues. Feminism, the search for positive masculinity, but also the dubious humanism of Europe - the characters who came out of ancient myths and 20th century pop culture quickly and deeply draw into these topics.

"It will be a special wedding. Amazon marries Cowboy. Neither of them knows what their position is in the relationship or in society. She still, he already. The Amazon is constantly angry at all the male versions of the stories and is looking for a world where she doesn't have to cut off her breasts. Cowboy can now conquer only one place on the planet – the kitchen. (...) a Siren lurks around, seducing and unsettling the wedding guests. And finally, there is a band that plays the greatest hits from the youth of millennials, but their lyrics suddenly sound like ominous prophecies. Uhol_92 Theater deals with the topic of modern relationships in its production Happy End. Those who are too marked by thousand-year-old customs and who at the same time face a new world."
