ELITE WEEKLY CAMP - the coach supervises only 5 players in the group, therefore the camp is focused more on detail and explanation. The capacity on the ice is a maximum of 25 players in the younger group and 20 players in the older group. We focus on detail and giving the players good habits that they will use in the game.
The weekly camp is for players who want to spend a week in a group of friends, under the supervision of coaches of former or active professional players. The weekly and weekend camps are very intensive and the hockey part is a priority. According to skills, the player is placed in a group of five players who, according to their level, practice SKILLS and drills focused on attackers and defenders. SKILLS - skills of an individual with a focus on skating, coordination, gliding and deceptive movement, puck coverage and correct habits. Older players also train skills under pressure and game situations.
DEFENDERS - focus on the correct technique of 1-on-1 duels, angling with the stick, playing with the body. Agility skating exercises, working with the puck with your head up.
FORWARDS - priority is shooting and finishing. At the same time puck position, puck coverage, 1-on-1 transition.
GAME - players have enough game exercises that are adapted to the game. In which they have to make quick decisions, practice habits from practice.
1/3 of the time on the ice the players will focus on basic SKILLS,
1/3 practice DEFENDERS and ATTACKERS
1/3 GAMES and GAME SITUATIONS - - development of game IQ.
Coaching ration 1:5 (one coach works with five players)
For this camp we only have 2 groups, younger group maximum 25 players, younger 20 players.
For players born in 2014 – 2006
10 hours training on ice + 10 hours on dry land + swimming pool + cinema
Coaches are former professional players
The price of the camp includes the sports part + lunches + entrance to the swimming pool and cinema + drinking regime special JR ionic drink snack and fruit throughout the day. The place becomes reserved by paying a deposit.
Accommodation must be ordered at a cost of CZK 4,900.
The camp is for players and goalkeepers. Goalkeepers have a camp for the price of lunch, they do not have their own coach.
Each participant will receive a VALUABLE JR HOCKEY GIFT (at the end of the camp). Before the camp, each player receives a t-shirt, a cap and a sports bottle with the PHT logo.
When ordering both weekly camps, a 10% discount on the price of the camp.
