🌿 Nonviolent Communication Training II
Three one-day meetings with Marica Laščeková
📅 12/7, 1/10, 2/7
🕤 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
📍 Za Jordán 33, Martin
💰 Contribution: €60/meeting
🔸 Max. 10 participants
After the successful first training, which is already full, I am opening a second group for everyone who wants to bring more understanding, peace and clarity to their relationships.
The training is intended for parents, teachers and children's guides who are looking for a way to communicate with respect - without blaming, manipulation or pressure, while maintaining boundaries.
Each meeting is practical and experiential, based on specific situations from life.
🟡 Themes of meetings:
1️⃣ ME and my needs - the basis of non-violent communication
In order to be able to communicate with respect, we must first understand ourselves - what we actually feel and what we need. The first meeting helps to reveal what needs our reactions stem from, and how we can express them without reproaches and attacks.
➡️ Because if I don't understand myself, I can't be connected with others.
2️⃣ YOU and I - how to speak so that we can really hear each other
In the second meeting, we will focus on conversations - how to communicate with respect even in difficult situations. We learn to listen to others without judging, react without defense and find words that connect instead of hurt.
➡️ Because understanding begins where we learn to listen to what is not said out loud.
3️⃣ WE and conflict - how to stay calm and clear when it sparks
Conflicts are a natural part of life, but they can also be an opportunity. In this meeting, we learn how to manage tension without fighting for power, how to find solutions that respect everyone, and how to conduct simple mediation in the classroom, in the family or in a team.
➡️ Because conflict does not have to divide - it can strengthen the relationship if we handle it with respect.
🎯 The goal of the training is to help the participants perceive communication as a space for connection, not a fight.
To be able to speak so that others can hear us – and listen so that others feel heard.
