We invite you on a joint, yet largely individual journey of self-discovery. 🪶
On it, you will deeply touch yourself by immersing yourself in an altered state of consciousness, which is completely natural to us and does not require the use of any substances or other mediators.
Only breath, music and togetherness will be our guide and help.
For one weekend, allow yourself to open a space just for yourself and experience all that is offered in the arms of a safe environment.
Look inside yourself and learn what makes each of us who we are, and what unites us as people and living creatures.
🪶 A LITTLE CLOSER:
The technique of transpersonal breathing follows on from holotropic breathing, a technique invented by the founder of the direction of transpersonal psychology, prof. Stanislav Grof.
Our three-member team with more than 12 years of experience facilitating holotropic breathing and with training in body-psychotherapy, crisis intervention and psychedelic assistance will accompany you through breathing.
Our team consists of Blanka, Ivan and Tomáš. We are facilitators with many years of experience under the guidance of Grof's colleague, psychiatrist MUDr. Zdena Kmuníčková. In our work with the group, we bring many years of experience as facilitators of holotropic breathing, as well as techniques from psychotherapy, mindfulness, etc.
Together we create a space for safe experiences and sharing in a group of participants.
🪶 WHEN:
Friday 12 June – from 7 p.m.: introductory meeting and tuning in
Saturday and Sunday 13 June - 14 June - 9:30 a.m. – approx. 8 p.m.: After the introductory circle, 2 sessions of transpersonal breathing take place every day with breaks for a light snack and dinner; the end of the day is a circle of sharing.
🪶 PRICE: CZK 2,800 per weekend (does not include meals), or CZK 3,000 for newcomers, when the entrance interview with Blanka (www.mojeterapeutka.cz) is part of the price. This is necessary before breathing, as it helps to safely enter the process and reveal any contraindications.
